PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves ceiling member that is wholly configured as a lightweight member by reducing an increase in weight and that is excellent in fire resistance efficiency, and an eaves back ceiling structure. ! SOLUTION: An eaves ceiling member 2 is provided in an eaves shape from a wall 9 of a building on the back side of an eaves of the building in the state of facing a ceiling material 4 of the building, and an eaves back space is formed above the eaves ceiling member 2. In the eaves ceiling member 2, a fireproof part 2a, which is configured in such a manner that a thickness dimension is larger than an edge-of-eaves side thickness dimension, is provided near an eaves base-side end of the building. !
