<p> In the present invention, a managing computer (60) calculates the estimated time until a feeder (72) (housing unit) in use in a mounting device (11) will run out of stock, calculates the time required to exchange the feeder (72) with one or more spare feeders (76) to be exchanged during a prescribed operation time set prior to the estimated time on the basis of the estimated time. If the calculated exchange time for the spare feeders (76) exceeds an upper limit set in advance, the managing computer (60) performs an early exchange process by which any of the spare feeders (76) exceeding the upper limit is set to be exchanged at an early operation time prior to the exchange period, and the exchange period for this spare feeder (76) is set.
