<p>The present invention relates to an information providing system and method based on a wireless access device list. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the information providing system based on a wireless access device list comprises: a user terminal for updating a list of wireless access devices searched in a current location; and an information providing device for receiving a list of the wireless access devices from the user terminal and providing the user terminal with information corresponding to a wireless access device which is registered in a database from among wireless access devices included in the list of wireless access devices. According to the present invention, customized information can be provided based on the actual location of a user. Also, customized information can be provided based on the actual location of a user even in indoor places which a GPS signal does not reach. In addition, a user can directly check information on a place where the user has visited, via the application according to the present invention, without an additional search, if necessary.</p> |
