The present invention is intended to provide a means for efficiently degrades exogenous opioid peptides. Provided is an exogenous opioid peptide-degrading enzyme preparation which contains one or more components selected from the group consisting of enzyme preparations from Penicillium citrinum, Aspergillus oryzae, and Aspergillus melleus, and exhibits a degradation activity for a wheat gluten-derived opioid peptide and a casein-derived opioid peptide. |
