The present invention relates to a producing method of a succinic acid production strain by a splitting inoculation. More specifically, the producing method of succinic acid comprises, after inoculating a first succinic acid production strain in a medium, a culturing step for inoculating the succinic acid production strain again in the medium at constant intervals. The producing method of succinic acid of the present invention enables to economically produce the succinic acid in high concentration without a process change, and without using a mutant production strain of the succinic acid.
