<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system and method capable of protecting privacy and preventing information leakage without transmitting user information from a user information holding server to an event information distribution server. <P>SOLUTION: The information distribution system provided with an event information distribution server 4 for distributing event information to a user terminal 1 includes: the event information distribution server 4 for storing the event information and a distribution condition related to the event information; and a user information holding server 3 for storing the event information, the distribution condition related to the event information, and user information. The event information distribution server 4 requests the user information holding server 3 to extract the user information suited to the distribution condition related to the event information, the user information holding server 3 transmits a list of the user information suited to the event information distribution condition to the event information distribution server 4, and the event information distribution server 4 distributes the event information to the user terminal 1 on the basis of the received list of the user information and the event information distribution condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
