The present invention relates to an assembly block for a photovoltaic power generation panel including a cooling device of the photovoltaic power generation panel and, more particularly, to an assembly block for a photovoltaic power generation panel including a cooling device of the photovoltaic power generation panel capable of cooling and cleaning the photovoltaic power generation panel by including a separate cooling air transfer device on the photovoltaic power generation panel. The present invention enhances efficiency on the existing photovoltaic power generation panel by providing a cooling effect by circulating air cooled in a shadow area. A fixing plate (140) and the photovoltaic power generation panel (145) slantingly protrude to be fixed to a frame (130) which is combined with the upper end of a pillar (175).
