An integrated smart grid electric energy control system based on energy storage system (ESS) distributed control according to the present invention divides homes arranged within a smart grid (SG) into a plurality of local ESS groups (Ea to Ed) to control electric energy supplied to and received from each local ESS group. The integrated electric energy control system based on ESS distributed control comprises: local device units (200) disposed in each of the local ESS groups and connected to each other to transmit/receive data and supply/receive electric energy via a connection network (R), and supply electric energy generated by using renewable energy to the homes in each of the local ESS groups and store surplus electric energy in batteries (260); and a central device unit (100) disposed at a location within the smart grid (SG) and connected to the local ESS groups to transmit/receive data and supply/receive electric energy via the connection network (R), and monitor the electric energy supplied to and received from each local ESS group to supply the electric energy generated and stored by local ESS groups generating or storing sufficient electric energy to local ESS groups generating or storing insufficient electric energy.
