An automatic biogenic volatile organic compound collection system is disclosed. The automatic biogenic volatile organic compound collection system according to the present invention comprises: an air supply unit to suck in external air and compress the air; a chamber enclosing all or a portion of vegetation to form a sealed space and into which the air flows from the air supply unit; a collection unit to suck in the air in the chamber, and filter and collect biogenic volatile organic compounds; and an integrated control unit to control operation of the air supply unit and the collection unit. According to the present invention, the biogenic volatile organic compounds released from vegetation can be accurately measured by the type and entity, regardless of a growing location of a plant by connecting the chamber enclosing all or a portion of the vegetation to form the sealed space to the air supply unit, an air control unit, and the collection unit, and performing overall control by the integrated control unit. Additionally, a planting location of a plant can be freely selected, and at the same time, measurement automation can be constructed inexpensively.
