<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a vehicle trunk in an emergency. The apparatus for controlling a vehicle trunk in an emergency comprises an emergency control part (30) positioned inside a vehicle trunk. When a kidnapped hostage, or a corpse is contained in the vehicle trunk, a detecting means (35) detects the hostage or the corpse contained in the vehicle trunk, and then, the emergency control part (30) prevents the trunk from being closed or being locked, and notifies a dangerous situation to other vehicles following the vehicle in an emergency, thereby preventing an accident in advance. Therefore, the quality and reliability of a product are remarkably increased, and various demands of consumers are satisfied so that the good image of the product is provided to the consumers. According to the present invention, when the detecting means of the vehicle trunk detects the hostage or the corpse inside the vehicle trunk, an engine is automatically stopped, the power of a battery is blocked, a discharge opening is automatically formed in a fuel tank to rapidly use fuel, thereby increasing the rate of arresting criminals. Furthermore, the present invention allows the emergency to be rapidly notified to surrounding sources by using an indicating light, a spotlight, a red light, a speaker or the like.</p> |
