<p>The present invention relates to a soup heating apparatus in which: a flame heating space is formed between an inner pot and an outer pot of a pot body; the inner pot is directly heated by flame in the flame heating space to heat a large amount of food such as soup; the pot body can rotate to be partially inverted by a rotating means, thereby allowing its contents to be poured out thereof at once; the inner pot is made of stainless steel which does not readily corrode; and a local overheating prevention plate is attached to an outer surface of the inner pot to which the flame is directly applied thereby preventing the contents from being overheated and burnt. Thus, the present invention relates to a soup heating apparatus in which: a flame heating space is formed between an inner pot and an outer pot of a pot body; the inner pot is directly heated by flame in the flame heating space to heat a large amount of food such as soup; the pot body can rotate to be partially inverted by a rotating means as an upper entrance is upside down, thereby allowing its contents to be poured out thereof at once; the inner pot is made of stainless steel which does not readily corrode; and a local overheating prevention plate is attached to an outer surface of the inner pot to which the flame is directly applied thereby preventing the contents from being overheated and burnt.</p> |
