PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-durability device or the like for producing a stretchable sheet, correcting the direction of a filiform elastic body to be parallel in a plan view.SOLUTION: This device 11 for producing the stretchable sheet includes: an elastic body winding means 14 winding the filiform elastic body 7 around a pair of yarn-carrying long structures 12, 13 disposed in parallel to change the direction of the filiform elastic body 7 to a direction crossing the long direction of the yarn-carrying long structures 12, 13; and integration means 17 bonding the filiform elastic body 7 carried by the yarn-carrying long structures 12, 13 to belt-like sheets 50, 60 traveling in the long direction. The yarn-carrying long structure 12, 13 has: two parallel rotary pillar bodies 12a, 12b (13a, 13b) each having a rotational axis directed in the long direction; and a drive means rotationally driving the two rotary pillar bodies. By generating a velocity difference in a carriage velocity of the filiform elastic body 7 by the two rotary pillar bodies in the case of the rotation drive, the direction of the filiform elastic body 7 is corrected as approaching bonding parts with the belt-like sheets 50, 60. |
