<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information with high reliability as the evidence of a series of steps for making use of an electronic service, to a service provider. <P>SOLUTION: A screen storage device stores electronic service contract data that includes a series of screen data items corresponding to a series of steps for making use of electronic service, and information indicating relations among screen data items in the series of screen data items, for each user terminal. When receiving an obtaining request for electronic service contract data from a user terminal, the screen storage device in return transmits a list of electronic service contract data items to the user terminal. On the other hand, the user terminal obtains, from the screen storage device, electronic service contract data items selected by the user from among the list of the electronic service contract data items received from the screen storage device, and transmits a message for making use of the electronic service together with the obtained electronic service contract data items, to a service provision device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
