<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rotation detection device for a vehicle capable of reducing the number of parts and the number of molding and performing positioning of a rotation detection IC, while suppressing damage on the rotation detection IC. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a rotation detection device for a vehicle includes: a molding process for molding a housing 4 including a cylindrical storing part 41 with a bottom; a cutting process for cutting one end side of an external coating 31 of an insulated wire 3 to expose a part of an internal coating 32 and cutting one end side of the exposed internal coating 32 to expose a part of a conductive wire 33; a connection process for connecting an exposed part 331 of the conductive wire 33 exposed in the cutting process to a rotation detection IC2; an insertion and arrangement process for inserting the rotation detection IC2, the exposed part 331 of the conductive wire 33, an exposed part 321 of the internal coating 32 and the end part of the external coating 31 into the storing part 41 of the housing 4 and arranging the rotation detection IC2 on a bottom surface 41a of the storing part 41; and a fixing process for fixing an opening part of the storing part 41 and the end part of the external coating 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
