<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform switching characteristic test under the same condition as that of an actual operation state without performing correction. <P>SOLUTION: A breaker testing apparatus has: a voltage measurement part which measures voltage of a bus line for supplying control voltage to a breaker to be stored in a casing of a switch gear; a voltage recording part which records the voltage measured by the voltage measurement part; a voltage control part which outputs a voltage control signal according to the voltage which is recorded in the voltage recording part; a DC power source which supplies DC voltage according to the voltage control signal; a switching control part which performs switching control of the breaker; and an operation time measurement part which measures operation time of the breaker when the switching control is performed by the switching control part. In a voltage measurement process, the voltage recording part records the voltage of the bus line while the control voltage is supplied from the bus line and the breaker operates as operation voltage. In a testing process, the DC power source supplies DC voltage according to operation voltage which is preliminarily recorded in the voltage recording part, and the switching control part supplies the DC voltage to the breaker as the control voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
