The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a flame-retardant low temperature-curing binder for pressure sensitive adhesives, comprising: an oligomer manufacturing step of manufacturing flame-retardant oligomers by polymerizing a first monomer with flame-retardant monomers and functional groups; a prepolymer polymerization step of polymerizing prepolymers by mixing a second monomer having functional groups with the manufactured flame-retardant oligomer in the oligomer manufacturing step; a co-polymerization step of mixing the manufactured polymers of the prepolymer polymerization step with acrylic monomers and polymerization initiators, and co-polymerizing the same; and a monomer removing step of removing unreacted monomers included in the polymerized polymer of the co-polymerization. The binder of the present invention uses flame-retardant monomers in a manufacturing process and accordingly has good flame retardant properties, heat resistance, water resistance and physical properties, thereby providing good pressure sensitive adhesives. |
