<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mounting structure of a connector that prevents lifting between respective joint surfaces of a connector and a case caused by tightening of bolts. <P>SOLUTION: A connector 1 includes: a holding portion 5 that holds second conductors (17 and 19) that are connected to a first conductor housed in a case 3; a flange 11 that supports the holding portion 5 in the case 3 with the second conductors facing the case 3 through an opening 9 formed in a wall surface of the case 3; packing 15 that is mounted around the holding portion 5 in a surface of the flange 11 facing the case 3; and a terminal that connects the second conductors to an external conductor. The mounting structure of the connector 1 on the case 3 includes: a claw 37 having a claw portion 41 that is erected from a joint surface of the case 3; and a claw hole 35 that is formed through a wall of the flange 11 including a joint surface so as to allow the claw 37 to be engaged therewith.
