<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-retaining particle satisfying a wet feeling and a smooth feeling when mixed with a product such as cosmetic to be used in skin care. <P>SOLUTION: The moisture-retaining particle has a spherical shape having a structure in which a part of a carboxylic acid ester in a crosslinked polyacrylate particle is hydrolyzed. The crosslinked polyacrylate fine particle being a starting raw material is spherical, the carboxylic acid ester on the surface of the spherical particle is hydrolyzed, a polyacrylic acid is present on the surface of the moisture-retaining particle and the carboxylic acid ester is present in the inside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
