The present invention relates to a mutual file sharing system using a smart phone, comprising: a file server (2) configured to store transmitted and received files and manage the files; a file transmission client (4) configured to set a password for a file desired to be shared and upload the file to the file server (2); and a plurality of file reception clients (6) configured to input the password set by the file transmission client (4) and download the file from the file server (2). Accordingly, the file transmission client (4) is configured to set a password for a file and transmit the file to the file server (2) without additional setting in order to transmit and receive the file by using a smart phone, and the file reception client (6) is configured to input the password set for the file and download the file from the file server (2), whereby a file can be easily transmitted and received. Also, it is possible to transmit a file to unspecified users with only password setting even if a user does not have contact information of a receiver. |
