A virtual LP (Long Play) display device comprises: a display unit which displays a groove formed on a virtual LP and an image of a digital needle located on the groove, and plays an image of the virtual LP rotating; a height detection unit which detects the height of a groove, passing through the digital needle, based on the rotation of the virtual LP; a digital signal process unit which converts the detected height into a digital signal; a D/A converter which converts a converted digital signal into an analog signal; and an output unit which outputs a converted analog signal.
