<p>The present invention relates to a continuous zinc-aluminum composite layer coating apparatus capable of maximizing productivity and maintaining good coating quality when forming a zinc powder coating layer on a vehicle part. The continuous zinc-aluminum composite layer coating apparatus comprises: a transport rack to move along a prescribed route on an endless track; a rack drive unit to drive the transport rack; a plurality of hangers installed on the transport rack at regular intervals; a coating object loading unit to load a plurality of coating objects on the hangers; a primer coating unit installed on a rear end of the coating object loading unit to separate the hangers to coat the coating objects; a first heat-drying unit to heat and dry the primer-coated coating objects; a first top coating unit to top-coat the heat-dried coating objects; a second heat-drying unit to heat and dry the first-top-coated coating objects; a second top coating unit to top-coat the heat-dried coating objects again; a third heat-drying unit to heat and dry the second-top-coated coating objects; and a cooling unit installed on a rear end of the second heat-drying unit to blow cool air to the coating objects to cool the coating objects.</p> |
