摘要 <p>There is a possibility that the accuracy of islanding-operation detection will decline as a result of interference between a reactive power control for islanding-operation detection and a reactive power control for voltage-increase suppression. This control device is equipped with: a first-reactive-power-change-amount derivation unit for deriving the amount of change in a first reactive power, which is the phase-advanced reactive power or the lagging reactive power to be outputted by a power conditioner linked to a system power source, according to a new movement average value of a system period of the system power source and the frequency deviation expressing the difference between a past movement average value and the new movement average value; a second-reactive-power-change-amount derivation unit for deriving the amount of change in a second reactive power, which is the phase-advanced reactive power to be outputted by the power conditioner in order to suppress an increase in the voltage of the linkage point between the power conditioner and the system power source; and a control unit for controlling the output of the power conditioner in a manner such that the amount of change in the second reactive power does not interfere with the amount of change in the first reactive power.</p>
