<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide intra-border plan evaluation apparatus and method capable of evaluating plans even when the numbers of measuring points are different from each other in the plans. <P>SOLUTION: An intra-border plan evaluation apparatus 10 arranges a virtual light source on a position of a measuring point, calculates a virtual illuminance evaluation value indicating virtual illuminance of an optional position in a range of an operable area based on a size of the operable area, the number of control parameters and the arranged virtual light source, and while changing a position for calculating the virtual illuminance evaluation value within the range of the operable area, finds a minimum virtual illuminance evaluation value of which the value is smallest of virtual illuminance evaluation values calculated on respective changed positions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
