<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film laminate that has good barrier properties so that water does not enter inside of a display device without degrading the barrier properties even under such a severe wet heat environment that humidity is 90% (RH) at temperature of 60°C, and can also prevent infiltration of oxygen and water vapor from an end face. <P>SOLUTION: The gas barrier film laminate is provided with: a first weatherability coat layer; a deposition layer; and a second weatherability coat layer in this order, on one surface of a base material film which is composed of plastic materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
