<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension substrate having a high electromagnetic-wave shielding property. <P>SOLUTION: The suspension substrate comprises: a metallic supporting substrate; an insulation layer formed on the metallic supporting substrate; a wiring pair formed on the insulator layer, and composed of a first wiring layer and a second wiring layer; and a cover layer formed so as to cover the wiring pair. A conductive layer is formed on the cover layer and at a position superimposed with the wiring pair in a plane view. A veer portion is formed, which is disposed so as to sandwich the wiring pair, penetrates the insulator layer and the cover layer, and electrically connects the metallic supporting substrate and the conductive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
