<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an odor, which is generated during cooking using a heating chamber, from being dispersed into a room.SOLUTION: A cooking apparatus includes in-chamber odor detection means 40 for detecting in-chamber odor intensity in a heating chamber 20, and outside-chamber odor detection means for detecting outside-chamber odor intensity outside the heating chamber 20. When an odor intensity difference between the in-chamber odor intensity and the outside-chamber odor intensity during cooking is equal to or higher than predetermined first intensity, heating intensity of heating means 261 and 262 is decreased, and heating intensity of smoke-removal and deodorization means 31 is increased.</p> |
