<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can release a sand core of complicated shape at a dramatically lower breakage rate than ever before, and can prevent the fall of the sand core due to 90 degrees rotation during releasing with a simple extruding mechanism in a vertical split type sand core forming mold. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a sand core forming mold extruding mechanism S for releasing the sand core from a vertical split type sand core forming mold 2, which includes: a plate-like movable extruding plate 5 provided in the rear side of a first movable mold 212 and a second movable mold 222, being retractable to these movable molds; a plurality of extruding pins 6 being inserted into insertion holes 212A, 222A provided in the movable molds extending from the extruding plate 5 to the advance direction thereof, the front end surface thereof being protruded from a cavity face by the extruding plate 5 moving forward to the movable mold; and a plurality of spring members 7 which energizes the extruding plate 5 in the direction of moving backward when the extruding plate 5 advances to the movable mold, being interposed between a platen 32 supporting the movable mold and the extruding plate 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
