<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably move a transport vehicle 7 without separating each car from the transport vehicle, when moving the transport vehicle 7 consisting of a plurality of cars, which travels along a traveling rail track 3 in a drift 2 between a shaft 1 and a cutting face, into the shaft 1 for unloading. <P>SOLUTION: A train operating rail track 4 includes: at one end, a circular arc part 4a where a rail track is laid in a shaft 1 in a circular arc shape along a peripheral edge of the shaft 1; and a straight line part 4b of which end opposite to the one end is connected to a traveling rail track 3 in a drift 2. A drive type rail track 6 is of an engagement type and is provided along the train operating rail track 4 and below it. A traction carriage 8 is self-travelable along the drive type rail track 6 by engaging with it and is connectable with a transport vehicle 7.
