In the present invention, provided is a circulation cultivation apparatus for plants, including: a frame consisting of a pair of column members which stand on ground with a gap and are fixed and installed, and a shaft member which is crossed through the column members and installed to be rotated; a plurality of panel members which are installed at equal intervals in a radial shape to face each other on both ends part of the shaft member on the frame and to be rotated; a plurality of rack members which are hung up the both panel members facing each other in a swing form to be rotated and are accordingly supported; and a plurality of planting boxes which are installed respectively on the rack members where plants are planted. The present invention receives water from soil under the plants and accordingly reduces water consumption while installation charge and management expense are small due to simple whole structure.
