摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method for cooking a hangover soup using a rosemary extract. More specifically, the present invention enables a hangover soup to be produced by using rosemary stock. To this end, the method for cooking a hangover soup using a rosemary extract includes: a first step for mixing berries, branches, stems, and root pieces of a rosemary with water and naturally cooling a mixture at a room temperature to produce a rosemary extract; a second step for mixing clams, green onions, white radishes, the water, and salt to be boiled to produce clams broth; a third step for mixing the rosemary extract with the clams broth at a weight ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 to be boiled to produce the rosemary stock; and a fourth step for putting the rosemary stock into an earthen pot and putting the green onions, crushed garlic, and bean sprouts to be boiled to complete a hangover soup. Therefore, according to the present invention, the hangover soup can reduce burden of a stomach and improve consumer acceptability.</p>
