<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for receiving digital broadcast, which comprises: a step of demultiplexing a transport stream into a video stream and a secondary stream having an event information table (EIT) and a program map table (PMT), wherein the EIT or the PMT includes a caption descriptor having caption information which indicates whether caption data included in the video stream are caption data providing a digital closed caption service in accordance with electronic industry association (EIA)-708 or caption data providing an analog closed caption service in accordance with electronic industry association (EIA)-708; a step of decoding the video data; and a step of decoding the caption data.</p> |
