<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal control device, a computer program, and a signal control method capable of performing an appropriate signal control to a specific outbound direction from an intersection. <P>SOLUTION: A smoothness determination section 103 extracts probe information of a vehicle traveling in a right-turn direction from acquired probe information, and determines how smoothly the vehicle can pass an intersection. When the smoothness determination section 103 determines that the outbound flow of the right-turn direction is not smooth, a signal information setting section 109 sets a signal control parameter, under the control of a control section 101, to elongate a green-signal lighting time for allowing the passing of the right-turn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
