<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stator of a rotary electric machine which ensures high cover edge performance and suppresses pin holes concurrently. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a stator 3 of this invention has: a heating process 101 where a terminal part of a joining part 33e, with which a segment conductor 33 connects, is immersed in a liquid insulation resin material 36A having a high gelation reactivity and the insulation resin material 36A near a tip of the terminal part is heated to be turned into a gel; and a hardening process 102 where a gelled insulation resin material 36B adhered to a surface of the tip of the terminal part is hardened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
