<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocking pressure calibration method of a medical liquid pump in which blocking pressure for controlling is individually established to a chemical and a liquid channel which are used, and the blocking pressure can be managed in high accuracy, and which can assure safety. <P>SOLUTION: The blocking pressure calibration method includes: a channel setting step S102 which establishes a chemical channel from a chemical pump to a patient; a chemical flow step S108 which makes a chemical flow to the chemical channel by a predetermined flow rate before medicating a patient with a chemical; a flow pressure measurement step S109 which meters the flow pressure of a chemical in the chemical flow step; and a blocking pressure setting stroke S112 for controlling which adds the pressure value established beforehand to the flow pressure obtained in the flow pressure measurement step, and establishes the blocking pressure for controlling, and is configured such that after establishing the blocking pressure for controlling, the administration of a chemical to a patient is started, and when the flow pressure metered during the chemical administration exceeds the blocking pressure for controlling, an alarm output is generated and/or the chemical pump is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
