Provided is a hair conditioner capable of providing easy styling and giving hair wet-like shine. The present invention is configured to solve the objective by the hair conditioner which comprises a mixture of: (a) a thickener; (b) set resin and/or liquid oil; (c) a lead dispersion; and (d) water. In the hair styling agent of the present invention, the (c) lead dispersion is preferably a dispersion of candelilla lead or wax, and the mixture preferably comprises lead, at least one non-ionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of polyoxyethylene cetyl ether and polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene cetyl ether, and water. |
