Disclosed in the present invention is an inter prediction method which comprises the steps of: determining a collocated block for a current block of a current image among blocks of an image restored prior to the current image; checking whether a first reference list is firstly referred among reference lists of the collocated block; checking whether a second reference list is selectively referred upon reference of the first reference list; determining a single collocated reference list; and performing inter prediction for the current block by using a reference block of the current block determined upon movement information of the collocated reference list.
