摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a heat conductive substrate practicable as a control circuit board constituting an inverter device, to attain both cooling and insulating properties of a heat generating electric component mounted on the control circuit board, and to make the inverter device compact and lightweight, low-cost, and less in assembly variance and assembly man-hour. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter integrated type electric motor-driven compressor includes a thermal conductive substrate comprising a substrate body 41 made of an insulator and a heat conductive through member 42 made of a good heat conductor charged penetrating in a thickness direction of the substrate body 41 as a control circuit board (lower substrate 25) constituting the inverter device. A heat generating electric component 39 is installed in a heat conductive state on one surface of the control circuit board 25, the other surface is opposed to a plane part 31 for heat dissipation across a heat dissipation space 34, and a heat conductive filling member 36 which is flexible and has electric insulation and heat conductivity is charged in the heat dissipation space 34.
