<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve acoustic environment in a payload fairing, while suppressing reduction of an internal space of the payload fairing more than before. <P>SOLUTION: A heat-insulating material 2 and a polycarbonate sound insulation 3 are laminated on the payload fairing 1.
