<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spatter removing device which can remove spatter adhered on a welding torch in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes an actuating mechanism 20 that opens and actuates air supply valves 25 and 34 when a push button 21 is pushed, a vibration generating mechanism 40 in which a piston 42 advances or retreats due to supply of compression air from the air supply valve 25 to hit a hammer 48 repeatedly thereby vigorously vibrating the welding torch 1 abutted against the hammer, so that the spatter adhered on the inner surface of the torch is detached by the vibration, and a compressed air supply channel 7 that discharges the spatter in the welding torch by the supply of compressed air from the air supply valve 34 to the welding torch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
