摘要 <p>Train operation management comprising obtaining a location of a train 182 and generating and displaying an actually implemented train schedule 122 and a predicted train schedule 123. When an even delays the train, the system 100 predicts train stoppage, acceleration or deceleration caused by the event; generates a predicted train schedule; finds a predicted amount of power 128 consumed by the train according to the predicted schedule; and displays 131 a temporal change in the predicted power consumption. The predicted schedule may include passenger handling time 113. A power supply-demand system (1, Fig.18) comprising a power converter connected between a power storage device and a feeder includes a charge-discharge control device which acquires said predicted train schedule and controls the power converter in accordance with when the train accelerates or when consumption exceeds a predetermined value.</p>
