A storage battery management device includes a demand management unit, a reference value adjusting unit and an output unit in addition to a capacity measuring unit for measuring a full-charge capacity of a storage battery. The demand management unit is configured to obtain demand energy to be charged in the storage battery during a predetermined time period based on at least discharged energy of the storage battery during the predetermined time period. A reference value is dynamically set to the reference value adjusting unit based on the demand energy. The output unit is configured to compare the full-charge capacity and the reference value, and judge that the storage battery is at an end of its life if the full-charge capacity is equal to or less than the reference value and then to output a notification signal.
