A switching transistor may have: a first gate electrode electrically connected with a first gate line; a first source electrode electrically connected with a data line; and a first drain electrode electrically connected with a pixel electrode. A light sensor transistor may have a second gate electrode electrically connected with a second gate line, a second source electrode electrically connected with a first gate line; and a second drain electrode electrically connected with a first drain electrode and a pixel electrode.
