摘要 The present invention relates to a drainage device using a siphon phenomenon, which comprises: an influent water storage tank and a siphon tube. The influent water storage tank comprises: a case; an inlet unit where an inlet hole is formed in the upper part of the case, which has a cone shape because the internal diameter thereof becomes larger toward the top from the inlet hole, which has one or more through-holes on the inner wall, and which makes water entering through the through-hole flow into the inside of the case through the inlet hole; a spherical cap unit which is inserted into the inside of the inlet unit and has a larger diameter than that of the inlet hole; and a floating unit which is attached to the cap unit in order to apply buoyancy to the cap unit. Onside of the siphon tube is connected with the bottom of the influent water storage tank in order to move the influent water entering through the inlet unit to the other side. Therefore, the drainage device using a siphon phenomenon can prevent flooding by draining the influent water inside the influent water storage tank using the siphon tube when the influent water storage tank is filled with water.
