The present invention relates to a jelly containing sugared raspberries and a manufacturing method thereof. And, more specifically, an optimal sugared condition for manufacturing the sugared raspberry jelly having excellent taste and chewiness and a jelly manufacture method is developed. Accordingly, the manufactured sugared raspberry jelly has an improved taste with excellent chewiness and appropriate sweet taste, the availability of raspberries which are difficult for the storage is maximized, and the health improvement may be contributed. |
