The present invention relates to a two directional orthogonal treadmill apparatus which arranges a first treadmill rotating forward/backward along a first direction (Y1-axis direction) and a second treadmill rotating forward/backward along a second direction (X1-axis direction) to be orthogonally coupled in a mutual face friction state, thereby being independently operated without any mutual interference. The present invention comprises: the first treadmill which includes a first omnipad rotating forward and backward along the first axis direction; and the second treadmill which is arranged orthogonally to the first treadmill inside the first treadmill and includes a second omnipad rotating forward and backward along the second axis direction which is orthogonal to the first axis direction, wherein the first and second omnipads have a friction area in which first and second omnipads are contacted with each other.
