An impact tool (1) in which a hammer case (20) into which an output shaft (5) of a motor (M) is inserted is assembled to the front of a housing (10) containing a stator core (2). In the hammer case (20), a spindle (26) to which rotation is transmitted from the output shaft (5) of the motor (M) is provided. The rear end of the hammer case (20) is coupled with a bearing box (22). In the housing (10), a partition wall (15) through which the output shaft (5) passes is provided between the stator core (2) side and the hammer case (20) side. On the housing (10), an air inlet (11A) is provided. An electric circuit board (7) is provided on the front face of the stator core (2) to close the front face with the output shaft (5) passing therethrough. Between the electric circuit board (7) and the partition wall (15), a waterproof member (50) through which the output shaft (5) passes is provided to close the gap therebetween. |
