<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pressure supplying device for a driving force distributor capable of efficiently suppressing the fluctuation of oil pressure in a piston chamber by a simple structure reduced in the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: A piston member (33) disposed in the piston chamber (32) into which operating oil is introduced to apply engagement pressure to a clutch (20) is configured of an almost annular member having a plate-like wall face (33a) forming one wall face of the piston chamber (32). The ratio of an inner diameter size (DB1) to an outer diameter size (DA) of the piston member (33) is set to a ratio at which deflection is generated in the wall face (33a) under the oil pressure of the operating oil in the piston chamber (32).
