<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helical gear that can suppress variations of a tooth-tip circular dimension, even if fastening a metal-made reinforcing member to the side surface of a web of a plastic helical gear body with a screw. <P>SOLUTION: When the reinforcing member 5 is fastened to the side surface of one side surface 3 of the web 13 of the helical gear body 2 with the screw 4, the circumference of a screw attachment hole 15 of the web 13 which is sandwiched between the head 4b of the screw 4 and the reinforcing member 5 is deformed due to a fastening force of the screw 4, however, the deformation of the circumference of the screw attachment hole 15 of the web 13 is deformed and absorbed in a direction in which the thin-thick portion of a groove bottom 16c of an annular groove 16 is increased in thickness, and thus the variations of the tooth-tip circular dimension of the helical gear body 2 can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
