<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately align a conveying device for conveying a multi-spindle head with a machine tool. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-spindle head 14 to be attached to a machine tool 10 is provided with guide pins 38. Meanwhile, an attaching/detaching mechanism 54 (back-and-forth movement unit) constituting a conveying device 12 for conveying the multi-spindle head 14 includes a support plate 74 provided with guide stoppers 88a, 88b. When the support plate 74 advances toward the machine tool 10, the guide pins 38 go into V-shaped grooves 89 formed in the guide stoppers 88a, 88b.
