<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchanger tube and a fin which can be assembled together by a jointing method that maintains preferable heat contact between the fin and exchanger tube without impairing a function of a hydrophilic coat or water-repelling coat of a pre-coated fin, a fin-and-tube heat exchanger using them, and a manufacturing method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The outer surface of the flat multi-hole tube 14 made of an aluminum or alloy of the same is coated with a coating layer made of an adhesive resin that melts or reacts at a temperature of 100 to 200°C. The adhesive resin fills a gap between the flat multi-hole tube 14 and the inner surface of an attachment hole 16 of the fin 12 made of an aluminum or alloy of the same, thereby fixing them to constitute the fin-and-tube heat exchanger 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
